- Identified inexpensive modifications to increase value
- Brought in multiple tradespeople for quotes
- Oversaw painting of multiple rooms and two story entry, including choosing paint colors
- Depersonalized and staged all rooms and all bedding replaced
- Rooms “enlarged” by moving extra furniture to basement closet
- Removed and arranged pick-up of old furniture from basement and staged as playroom and gym
- Replaced brass baffled lights with white retrofits
- Had house and windows cleaned
- Addressed items that could have created risk for sale process
- Opened and closed house every day while being prepared for market and once live on the market.
