About Lilia Hess

Lilia brings 15+ years of experience in finance including 10 years at Goldman Sachs in banking and risk management. She decided to fuse her financial expertise, ability to negotiate, and her passion for delivering the best possible outcome for her clients with her love for real estate. Lilia’s previous roles taught her the importance of acting as a true fiduciary for her clients. Prior to her career in finance, Lilia lived in Europe and Asia. She is fluent in Mandarin, Bulgarian, and Russian.

By employing her extensive knowledge of Scarsdale and lower Westchester, Lilia strives to create a smooth transition and guidance for her clients moving from the city to the suburbs and help find their ideal home. Lilia’s goal is to couple her understanding of the financial world with one of life’s biggest investments, home ownership.
